Celebrating our 60^th Anniversary!…….Established in 1950, The PEHSC is a multi-breed horse show circuit serving the four-state areas of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. We have an extensive point system for our exhibitors and members to encourage participation. High Point recipients are recognized with awards at our annual Year End Awards Banquet held in January. We publish an annual show book, listing our show dates and show bills. This book is freely distributed at our Spring Kick Off and Tack Sale; as well as available at most of the affiliated shows.

The Pony Express Horse Show Circuit is proud to present the William Loftin Memorial Scholarship to one of our youth exhibitors. We encourage all of our youth to participate and make the scholarship a goal. This Scholarship is awarded at our January Awards Banquet.

July 10 Show Postponed until July 31
The Clinton County Horse Show at the Plattsburg Show Grounds, has been postponed until July 31.
The new show will be at the same location, at the same time, just the different date of July 31.

Greg & I just wanted to send a "thank you" to all the Pony Express members and exhibitors for their continued support to the Jackson County Sheriff's Mounted Posse. We were so disappointed that the weather didn't hold for a while yesterday, but it just wasn't to be.

We have been very lucky in the past. We were really looking forward to our show this year, it looked like it was going to be a really nice one. We do enjoy all of your group. Everyone is always so helpful to offer assistance in any way they can....Please, extend our "thanks" to all.

The Awards Banquet was a huge success! Great food, great friends, lots of laughs. Thank you again Annette Turnbaugh for providing us with the entire season of photos and for being our photographer at the dinner.

The silent auction brought in over $ 600.00 for the  William Loftin Memorial Scholarship Fund. We really appreciate everyone that donated items and those who bid on the items to make this possible. Thank you Greg & Sherry Baer and the Jackson County Sheriffs Mounted Posse for the $500.00 donation they presented for the Posse for the William Loftin Scholarship Fund. Congratulations to NATASHA FROST, winner of the 2009 William Loftin Memorial Scholarship Award !

After introducing the new look for our 60^th Anniversary edition of the show directory, the 7 prime pages for full Color ads were auctioned off bringing in a grand total of $ 2510.00.  Keith Barnes served as our auctioneer and kept us entertained!  The new show directory will be available for pick up at the Spring Kickoff Day, March 20. 2010.  See you there!

The announcement of the winners at our Awards Banquet was incorrect regards the winnings for Miss Kate Charnesky. Annette Turnbaugh and Mr. Dawson Wagner. After a recalculation the following achievements were appropriately awarded to Kate, Annette, and Dawson and they will indeed receive their well deserved ribbons and trophy. The following is the corrected version.

The Spring Kickoff Tack Sale and sign up day will be March 20, 2010,  9:00 am. to 2:00 pm. Vendors set up at 8:00am. Held at the VSI building in Liberty , MO.   Directions to VSI are on the Spring Kickoff Flyer Reservation Form. If you have some goodies to sell or a business to promote, be sure to reserve your spot with Carol Loftin.
